The first images of Pokemon Black and White have surfaced via Japanese magazine scans. And it looks... mostly the same. That's pretty much what I was expecting. It looks like they've taken the 2.5D thing more into the third dimension, though. I do find it odd that this game is coming out this fall on the DS rather than next spring on the 3DS.
