I hate it when people say that. This game runs on a completely different engine. Also, that's Alpha footage, as you can see from the text in the bottom right of the trailer.
Yeah not bashing the game, just the graphics. Halo ODST looked like a regular Xbox game, and not that bad graphics make a game bad, but they are a good 4 years behind.
I hate it when people get to focused on graphics. Especially if they still play N64 games. The fact of the matter is, who the hell cares as long as the game is fun? I just have a feeling you guys are going to eat your words when the game comes out.
thing is N64 game are great games and at the time the graphics were great; now it's just inexcusable to be putting out average games with below-average graphics, and that's especially true with the Halo series where every game gets worse (except for Halo Wars, that was great)

ReplyDeleteAlpha is already pretty late into development, I doubt it will change drastically. If it's really a new engine then that's pretty pathetic.

ReplyDeletewell i think the game looks amazing and will be a fitting closer in the bungie production of Halo games. And that is all I have to say.
